  I wouldn’t even give this 1 Star. The customer service department was rude and unhelpful. I tried to return an item that was unused and still had all original packaging, tags etc on it & they basically told me that because it was a “holiday” item they couldn’t accept it due to they didn’t know if it had been used or worn. Then the story changed and said that “store policy” is that they don’t take back seasonal items after the holiday has passed. And that it was posted somewhere but they didn’t know where. After leaving the store I called coorperate office to inquire about said policy. Btw Sears owns Kmart, they were still less than helpful. Never again will I shop here nor will I recommend to anyone I know to come here. What’s the purpose in having a “return” department if you don’t actually take returns. This company is trash.
