  Waited in the store 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Each sales rep had a customer, but there was no "hello" "be with you when we can" or any thing resembling a greeting or customer service. As I waited, two more customers came in and left because they also were not acknowledged. When I called the Jacksonville store from inside the Cabot store to ask how busy they were and if they would at least acknowledge my presence, all three sales reps looked up at me and then continued what they were doing without a word...wow! I drove to Jacksonville where I received great service and bought my new phone. I've been an AT&T customer for seven years. If it wasn't for the great service in Jacksonville, there would not be an eighth year!
